Pressure lubrication principle of cycloidal gear reducer
The cycloidal gear reducer is a novel transmission device that applies the principle of planetary transmission and uses cycloidal gear meshing. The entire transmission device of the cycloidal pinwheel reducer can be divided into three parts: input part, deceleration part, and output part. On the input shaft, there is a double eccentric sleeve with a misalignment of 180 °. On the eccentric sleeve, there are two roller bearings called rotating arms, forming the H mechanism. The center holes of the two cycloidal gears are the raceways of the rotating arm bearings on the eccentric sleeve, and the cycloidal gears mesh with a group of circular arranged needle teeth on the needle gear to form an internal meshing reduction mechanism with a tooth difference of one tooth, In order to reduce friction, in reducers with low speed ratios, needle teeth are equipped with needle teeth sleeves.
When the input shaft rotates with an eccentric sleeve for one cycle, due to the characteristics of the tooth profile curve on the cycloidal gear and its limitation by the needle teeth on the needle gear, the motion of the cycloidal gear becomes a plane motion with both revolution and rotation. When the input shaft rotates in the forward direction, the eccentric sleeve also rotates for one cycle, and the cycloidal gear rotates in the opposite direction by one tooth to achieve deceleration. Then, with the help of the W output mechanism, the low-speed rotation motion of the cycloidal gear is transmitted to the output shaft through the pin shaft, This results in a lower output speed.
The lubrication details of the cycloidal gear reducer are as follows.
1. The horizontal cycloidal reducer adopts oil pool lubrication under normal circumstances, and the oil level can be maintained in the middle of the sight glass. When working conditions are harsh and the ambient temperature is high, circulating lubrication can be used.
2. Cycloidal gear reducers generally use 40 # or 50 # mechanical oil lubrication at room temperature. In order to improve the performance of the reducer and extend the service life of the cycloidal gear reducer, it is recommended to use 70 # or 90 # extreme pressure gear oil. When working at high and low temperatures, lubricating oil can also be reconsidered.
3. Vertical installation of planetary cycloidal gear reducers requires strict prevention of oil pump cut-off to avoid damage to the components of the reducer.
4. When refueling, you can unscrew the ventilation cap on the upper part of the seat to refuel. When draining oil, unscrew the drain plug at the bottom of the engine seat to drain the dirty oil. The gearbox is shipped without lubricating oil inside.
5. After the first 100 hours of refueling operation, the new oil should be replaced (and the internal dirty oil should be washed clean) before continuous operation. The oil should be replaced every six months (8-hour working system). If the working conditions are harsh, the oil change time can be appropriately shortened. Practice has proven that frequent cleaning and oil change (such as 3-6 months) of the gearbox play an important role in extending its service life. During use, lubricating oil should be regularly replenished.
6. The gearbox has been lubricated and replaced every six months. The grease adopts aluminum disulfide -2 # or 2L-2 # lithium based lubricating grease.
