The installation and precautions for the fixed connection parts of the reducer are as follows:
1、 Assembly of threaded connections
1. The threaded connection should ensure appropriate tightening force. Important threaded connections that bear dynamic loads generally have pre tightening requirements. During assembly, it must be tightened as required. For ordinary threaded connections without pre tightening force requirements, there should also be appropriate tightening force.
2. For components connected by group threads, the bolts must be tightened in a certain sequence and gradually tightened in stages. This is beneficial for ensuring uniform contact between threads, good adhesion, and consistent load-bearing between bolts.
3. In order to prevent bolts from loosening due to vibration, suitable locking measures must be taken for threaded connections.
1) Add spring washers.
2) Lock with double nuts.
3) Lock with a retaining washer.
4) Tie tightly with steel wire.
5) Lock with safety washers.
6) Lock with a cotter pin.
2、 Assembly of key pin connection
In a flat key connection, the working surface of the key is on two sides. In general machinery, it is required that the key is fixed in the shaft groove and slides in the hub groove. In mechanical transmissions that transmit heavy loads, impacts, and bidirectional torque, the keys should be fixed in the shaft grooves. For machinery with hubs and keys guided along the shaft groove, it is necessary to secure the keys in the hub. Slide in the shaft groove. In repair and assembly, it is usually necessary to reprocess the keys and use flat grinding to match the required width of the keys.
2. Oblique key connections are generally applied to connectors with low coaxiality requirements. Its working surface is upper and lower, with a slope of 1:100. When the key is inserted, it causes friction between the shaft and the wheel hub to transmit torque. Therefore, its upper and lower surfaces fit well with the upper and lower surfaces of the keyway, and generally require grinding. There should be a certain gap between the side and the keyway
When connecting with splines, the fit requirements between the spline shaft and holes are relatively accurate. When assembling, it is necessary to first clean the burrs and sharp edges at the raised areas to prevent galling and biting. Then apply color to check the fit of the hole and shaft, and through assembly, ensure that the spline hole can slide freely on the shaft.
4. The taper of the taper pin connection is 1:50, which has a self-locking effect and can ensure the positioning accuracy of the connecting parts. Its positioning accuracy mainly depends on the accuracy of the conical hole. The contact area between the tapered hole reamed with a reamer and the tapered pin should be greater than 60% and evenly distributed.
When connecting cylindrical pins, the fit between the pin holes requires interference. When the interference is lost after disassembly, it is necessary to drill and ream a pin hole with a larger size and install a new cylindrical pin.
3、 Assembly of interference fit
Interference fit is mainly applicable to the connection of parts subjected to impact load, as well as the connection of parts with less disassembly. The main assembly methods are
